At Homoduct, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our business , we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. All sales are considered final once the order is placed.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item is significantly different from the product description
- The item never arrived (after a reasonable shipping time)
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at homoduct.help@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A description of the problem
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- We do not refund for delays caused by customs or logistics beyond our control
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with the required proof, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
